IMGGA was established in 2018 to promote collaboration among microgreen professionals, new and emerging growers, and suppliers.

IMGGA’s mission is to promote world-wide alliance among professional microgreen growers and suppliers in order to promote the health benefits that is unique to microgreens, and to work with researchers and government agencies to not only assure the continued safe production of microgreens but advance public knowledge of their significant nutritional advantage.

Our association intends to create a social dialog in regards to the health benefits of microgreens through ​participation in public relations activities, advertising, education, legislation, political activism, and publishing. Our association will focus on collaboration between member companies and offer conferences, networking and charitable events, as well as classes and educational materials.
